I’m a Brazilian, married and father of 3 boys and 3 girls (dogs), engineer with 25 years in the auto industry. My journey started as an internship, and ended as Vice President of Customer Service. Over the years, I worked across multiple executive roles in Engineering, Aftersales, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.

While I’ve always loved cars, I realized my true passion was people development and building strong teams. My greatest achievements weren’t just about technical expertise, they were about leadership, resilience, and the ability to unite people toward a common goal.

My career took me across South America, North America, and Asia, where I experienced diverse cultures, business challenges, and market complexities. Living in Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, and China for nearly a decade taught me that success in a global environment requires adaptability, confidence, and the right mindset. Multiple languages, cultural differences, and intense competition were constant challenges, but I learned how to turn them into opportunities.

Since becoming an Executive Director, I have led thousands of people and contributed to generating billions in revenue. Many times, I was the youngest at the table, but my ability to build high-performing teams and lead with authenticity allowed me to drive impactful results.

Now, it’s time to share what I’ve learned helping others to grow, succeed, and most importantly, find the right balance between career and personal life.
